Our focus is building products and systems that automate strategy and operations for mass content distribution. We partner with leading artists, festivals, creators, and brands across the US and Asia.
About The Role: We are creating a Marketing Designer for Clouted (fka Clout Kitchen) that will be responsible for leading the design of our marketing channels such as our website, landing pages, social graphics, and the overall brand as well for Clouted. This person must be proficient in
user design (using tools like Figma and Webflow), as well as
creative design (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, etc.). Half of the job will be designing consumer interfaces like landing pages on our website, managing/updating our theme, and the other half building out our company branding through key visuals, deck templates, and social media / marketing graphics.
What You’ll Own
1. Visual Brand Development and Guardianship
- Lead the design and evolution of the Clouted (fka Clout Kitchen) brand identity, ensuring consistency across all visual and digital touchpoints.
- Develop and maintain key visual assets, brand guidelines, deck templates, and company collateral.
- Act as the final quality check for all public-facing visual content to ensure brand standards are met.
2. Website and Digital Interface Design
- Own the design, management, and updates for the company website, including the main theme, landing pages, and key marketing funnels.
- Be proficient in user design (UI/UX) principles to create high-converting, intuitive consumer interfaces.
- Utilize tools like Figma and Webflow to design, prototype, and implement web updates.
3. Marketing Campaign Assets
- Design high-quality, performance-driven social media graphics and marketing visuals for organic and paid campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing and growth teams to translate campaign strategies into compelling visual concepts.
- Develop templates and design systems for quick, scalable creation of marketing materials.
4. Cross-Functional Design Support
- Provide design support for internal teams, including creating sales collateral, presentation decks, and internal communications assets.
- Manage and organize the company's library of design files and creative assets.

- The Clouted brand maintains a consistent, high-quality, and modern aesthetic across all channels.
- New landing pages and website updates are delivered on time and contribute positively to marketing key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Marketing and social graphics are effective at driving engagement and supporting campaign goals.
- Design processes are efficient, and brand assets are easily accessible and understood by all internal teams.
- You successfully leverage user design principles to improve website conversion and user experience.

- Are a self-starter who can manage projects end-to-end, from concept to final delivery.

- Are a clear communicator, able to present and defend design choices effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Have 4+ years of professional experience as a Marketing Designer, Digital Designer, or similar role.
- Expert proficiency with Figma, Webflow, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Proven experience designing high-converting landing pages and managing website visual themes.
- Experience in the entertainment, music, or tech startup space is a plus.
